The power consumption wizard is provided as a StellarStudio component plug-in.
In order to start working with the power consumption tool, you need to add a power consumption configuration file to you project.
This is done using a dedicated creation wizard, that you can launch using the New/Other... command.
Here is an example for SR6P7G7.

Then click Next, choose a name for the new file (keeping the extension '.Sr6p7g7_power'), choose the parent project then click Finish.
